Delivery options we offer
We offer two kinds of delivery option:
For home delivery within Dhaka
Usually, we take 2 business to deliver products inside the Dhaka city. The delivery cost should be paid in advance.
For home delivery outside Dhaka
Users from outside the Dhaka city will receive the delivery of the products within 3-4 business days. Products will be delivered via Sundarban Courier Service. The delivery charge must be paid in advance. We will not confirm delivery unless the delivery charge has been paid.
For international delivery outside Bangladesh
Users outside Bangladesh can select international shipping options for delivery of their products. The rate and time will vary depending on the shipping method you choose. You can choose between standard, express or custom delivery options.
Our business days
We operate from Saturday to Thursday except for public holidays.
What do you need for a successful delivery from Vitahealthcare?
The personal information and address you provide must be genuine for us to reach you appropriately. For inaccurate submission of this information, users are fully liable.
What happens if you are not available for picking up the delivery?
In that case, you need to inform us beforehand so that we can reschedule the delivery date according to your preference.
