Refund and Returns Policy

At Vita Health Care, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Because we source premium products from global manufacturers, we maintain a clear and fair policy regarding refunds and returns.

1. Order Cancellation & Refunds

We offer a full refund if you cancel your order within the designated timeframe.

  • Customers in Bangladesh: You have 6 hours from the time of order placement to request a cancellation and full refund.

  • International Customers: You have 24 hours from the time of order placement to request a cancellation and full refund.

  • Post-Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched or a shipping confirmation has been sent, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Evidence Required: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the damage or the incorrect item received.

  • Verification: Once our team verifies the evidence, we will provide instructions for the return.

  • Refund Process: A refund or replacement will be arranged only after we have confirmed the fault. We are not liable for refunds if sufficient evidence is not provided.

3. Change of Mind (I don’t like the product)

Please note that Vita Health Care acts as a retailer and facilitator of third-party products.

  • Opened Products: Due to health and hygiene reasons (especially for skincare and supplements), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal.

  • Unopened Products: If the product is in its original, sealed packaging, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. However, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated warehouse.
