Vitahealthcare does not manufacture or produce any of the products listed on this website. We source only the best products from reputable manufacturers from different parts of the world and sell them. Users can judge the quality and benefits of the products from the manufacturer’s official sites.

Orders
Orders can be refused for any products or service and we have the full right to do it. We are liable only when you get a shipping confirmation from us. You will get a full refund for any refused orders.
For shipment issues related to the incorrect location or providing wrong information, we take no liabilities.
Products are delivered based on their availability. For out of stock issues, you will either need to wait or cancel the order.
Deliveries that require a signature, you are responsible for being at the delivery address or any other who can sign on behalf of you. You can arrange alternate delivery dates if you cannot manage to get the documents signed.
For cash on delivery, we will not be liable to deliver the product unless you have paid the shipping or courier rates in advance.
For orders that have not been paid in full, we have the right to withhold or suspend the delivery process.
Cash on Delivery is acceptable for only users from Bangladesh. Users from all other countries are bound to choose our regular payment options.
We sell OTC healthcare products and you will need no prescription to order products from us. So we take no liability for any health issues that you might experience from consuming our products. Best to consult a physician if you feel so.
Right to Cancel Order
Users from Bangladesh can cancel their order any time within 6 hours of placing the order.
For other users, you have 24 hours to cancel your order after order placement.
Any request for order cancellation will not be accepted after the designated timeframe we mentioned except if there is an issue that Vitahealthcare is liable for.
You can cancel the order if you find damaged products or the product you ordered is not the same as what has been shipped to you. You can also cancel your order if you feel the product is duplicate.
You have to clearly mention your order cancellation which will not mislead us. You will be responsible for any misleading message.
Effects of order cancellation
If you cancel the order before the expiry date, we will make a full refund for all the payments including the shipping charge.
If the product is with you, you will have to return it. But in that case, you will have to order from the manufacturer’s official website for getting a full refund.
