I don’t like the product, Can I get a refund?

Vita health care does not manufacture any of the products listed on its website. As such for enjoying full refund policy, if you don’t like the product, you need to order the product from the manufacturer’s official website using this link.

I ordered an item but I want to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?

We offer a refund if you cancel the order within a specific timeframe.

• For users in Bangladesh, we give you 6 hours to cancel your order to enjoy a full refund.
• For users outside Bangladesh, you can enjoy full refund if you cancel the order before 24 hours.

I received a faulty item. What can I do now?

If you receive the product and find it is damaged or you get a different product, you can contact us for a refund. In that case, you will have to send back the items to us and after we get the proof of any such occurrence we will arrange for a refund. If you do not manage to provide us evidence of any damage or faults we will not be liable to offer a refund.
